Michael has made a career out of being the "miracle worker".  He started programming at the age of 12.  A few years later, Michael was creating solutions where others have failed.  When he was 16 years old, he provided a technical solution to the Ohio National Guard that was deemed impossible to automate.  In college, Michael was a triple major in Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science, even though he was advised against it.  He excelled and graduated with a 3.9 GPA.  Michael has also obtained a Masters in Business Administration, which is invaluable for bridging business gaps.

Michael has over 20 years of professional development experience, including ten years of project leader and 7 years of project manager.  In addition, Michael has over 6 years experience in the Fortune 500 arena, consulting for companies such as Alcoa, Westinghouse, Diebold, and Cutler Hammer, and 3 years experience working at startup companies.  Therefore, Michael is able to bridge your gap, regardless of the size of your company or scope of the project.
