Success Case #1 - Convenient Food Mart

Convenient Food Mart (CFM) was looking for an automated solution for their manual accounting process.  The CFM franchises would use a courier service to ship invoices and daily reports to the corporate office.  Corporate would manually enter the data into their MAS accounting system.

When looking for a solution, Convenient Food Mart was told that there was no out-of-the-box solution and a custom solution was impossible to provide. BYG Technologies was not only able to provide a solution, but do so on-time and as budgeted.  In addition, the solution that was created was intuitive and was a perfect match to the manual forms, saving time and training costs. 

The solution saved CFM by eliminating courier and data entry costs.  More importantly, CFM can now analyze the data immediately and in ways they have not been able to do before.

Success Case #2 - Prosonic

Prosonic, Corp. was another company that could not find an out-of-the-box solution for their real-life resource management issue.  Using an Excel spreadsheet, email, and phone, they were using a manual process to manage their sonic drilling rigs and drillers.  This process was inefficient and led to idle rigs and lost revenue.  Prosonic was not sure what the right solution was, but they understood they had a real return-on-capital business need.

By engaging Prosonic with two-way dialog and some "white boarding", BYG Technologies was able to draw out a vision, and ultimately, a technological solution.  The web-enabled solution allowed Prosonic to track, real time, the scheduling and efficiency of their assets and staff.  In addition, Prosonic was able to mine their data, looking for trends and opportunities.
